In the studio, I teach privates or duets only. I teach group classes on Zoom.

Come and check it out, tell me about you, I’ll tell you about Pilates, you’ll get a small workout on some of the apparatus, after you love it, you’ll book some lessons.
Private Classes are all about you! We become a team working together on your fitness goals. A combination of stretch, strength, & flexibility in every lesson. Improve posture, cross train for your chosen sport, even work around injuries.
Do your Pilates with a partner, either a spouse or friend OR make a friend and workout with someone of similar ability, and goals. Share your hour, save some money and get strong, and stretched.
Short on time, money, or only want to work on a certain skill *OR* are you rehabbing an injury or illness…then this choice is for you.
Virtual Group Class
ALL Levels ~ 60 MINUTES
Mat and small prop Pilates classes via Zoom. We will work on posture, balance, core strength, and toning ‘those’ muscles. Get rid of tech neck, low back pain, stand taller, gain flexibility.

We have a pay-it-forward mindset, and we feel that health and fitness are a right, not a privilege. We would like to offer quality Pilates instruction to those in the community who need it, want it, and simply cannot afford it.
Studio S Pilates will be happy to donate to your Fundraiser or “Cause”, Please submit a letter with your request for consideration, and include information about your event, etc…Please note, it is always easier to give more when someone from your organization also does business with us. We get asked ALL the time to donate, and it is often from people or companies that we have never met or heard from.
